1. Mask fabric structure and raw material composition
From the perspective of the production structure of masks, masks are divided into fabrics and other accessories. The fabric is composed of composite non-woven fabrics, and the accessories mainly include nose clips (nose bridge lines), elastic ear straps, etc.
2.Polypropylene meltblown cloth (basic raw material high melt refers to polypropylene fiber material)
The non-woven layer of the mask is mostly produced from high-melt index polypropylene fiber material, which belongs to the high-melt index fiber material of polypropylene products. In recent years, with the liberalization of medical policies and second-child bonuses, the demand for polypropylene high-melting finger fiber materials has also been favored by the market, and raw material manufacturers have actively developed and expanded the polypropylene fiber market. According to the statistics of Zhuochuang, the domestic output of polypropylene fiber material in 2019 is about 1.7 million tons, an increase of 7.5% over 2018. Among them, high melting (about 350,000 tons) was 950,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 15.8%; medium melting (about 250,000 tons) was 770,000 tons, basically the same as last year.
