What is the difference between spunlace nonwovens and ordinary nonwovens in digital printing technology?

Material properties

Printing adaptability
Spunlace nonwovens: Due to the tighter fiber structure of spunlace nonwovens, its ability to absorb and penetrate ink may not be as good as some ordinary nonwovens. Therefore, during the digital printing process, special inks or pretreatment processes may be required to ensure that the ink can penetrate and fix on the fabric evenly.

Production efficiency
